Founded To Transform Wound Care
We are the Foundation for Wound Care Access & Education (FWAE) and we were created from a simple truth: too many people struggle to get the quality wound care they need. Whether because of limited resources, lack of education, or barriers in the healthcare system, patients and caregivers are often left without the tools or support to heal.
FWAE was founded to change that. We are a team of healthcare professionals, educators, and advocates driven by compassion and a deep belief that healing should never be out of reach. Through education, resources, and expanded access to care, we walk alongside patients, caregivers, and clinicians—helping them feel supported, empowered, and prepared for every step of the healing journey.
