Lori Leach, MSN, CRNP
Board President
Lori leads the Board in establishing strategic priorities and governance practices that support FWAE’s mission and long-term sustainability. As a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with advanced expertise in wound care, she brings direct clinical insight into patient, caregiver, and clinician needs. Lori promotes collaborative leadership and community engagement to advance wound care education and supportive care resources.

Krista Chmielewski, MBA
Board Vice President
Krista provides governance leadership and strategic oversight in support of FWAE’s mission. She brings extensive experience in healthcare operations and leadership, along with an MBA from Penn State University and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership. Krista is committed to advancing health equity, fostering responsible stewardship, and promoting sustainable impact through collaborative, mission-driven board leadership.

Lydia Waggoner
Board Secretary
Lydia supports board governance, documentation, and organizational continuity, ensuring accountability in board activities. With over 40 years of skincare entrepreneurial experience, she brings business insight and a strong commitment to expanding education and access to wound care resources. Her personal perspective on the value of education and support further strengthens her dedication to FWAE’s mission.
